SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHITBITED AT THE SOCCER FIELD AND IT EXTENDS TO THE BENCH AREA

SMOKING ISSUE – There were reports that players still smoke in the fields (in the green and children’s play areas). It is a very serious offense in the eye of the law, as well as of the USCA disciplinary board. Our referees noticed the incidents, and picture proofs were sent to the City of Markham by nearby residents. Lack of actions and correction by YOU in this matter will result in cancellation of our field permit for the rest of the season, and in jeopardizing the renewal of subsequent seasons. - UCSA board has asked referees to issue yellow card to players smoking in the bench – don’t forget, each yellow card cost $20 - Referees will stop the game until the smokers (players, parents, and visitors) leave the field or put off the cigarette - Players are advised to take their breaks at the parking lot (subject to the By-Laws)
